Returns & Exchanges

At Lavanya The Label, we strive to ensure you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and approve the pickup based on the provided images and reason for return.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the garment back in its original packaging with all labels attached and hand it over to our logistics partner during the scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
